Europol agent Tom Brindle (Timothy Hutton) investigates the case of Pygmalion, a serial murderer who has killed several girls in France and Spain. At the scene of a crime, the police obtained a DNA sample is similar to Marco Soler (Miguel Angel Silvestre), a Spanish military for 24 years who has a strong alibi. Brindle discovers that the boy was conceived in a fertility clinic and has a twin brother. The officer then decided to use a framework to get the murderer.
